Personalised portals surface content and tools relevant to Swire teams and employees, improving usefulness and recognition.
font
A clear, characterful type system ensures effortless reading while expressing the brand’s personality.
Typography scales consistently across sections to deliver impact without sacrificing accessibility or recognition
color
A disciplined colour palette builds brand recall and visual harmony, supporting clear hierarchy and wayfinding.
Consistent application across channels maintains coherence from screens to documents and signage

Jason’s user journey
(new employee)
Today is Jason’s first day at Swire properties as a Junior Property Officer. The HR Officer is helping him to settle down and informed him about the company’s intranet – where he can find many information of the company.
Upon launching his web browser, he is greeted with the homepage of the intranet where it shows the latest corporate news, his annual leave balance and content to view in regards to his onboarding as a new staff. He decides to review and read through the employee handbook to start.
After going through the employee handbook, Jason saw a corporate news – Taikoo Place’s dynamic event space. He is very intrigued by it and decided to click it.
In the same news page, he is offered ”The Corner Stone” a company magazine as a further reading. He bookmarked the magazine page for later reading.
After lunch, Jason thought it would be good for him to join a Wellness programme inside office to keep himself fit. Wondering whether there is any employee benefit for gym membership, he decided to go back to the intranet to check that out.
On his way to outside meeting, Nelson decided to maximise his time by reading the latest corporate and daily news from the SPLinks mobile app.
After reading a couple of them, he decided to share some of these with him team mates in Yammer.
Nelson’s user journey
(senior staff)
After doing so, Nelson received a message from his daughter reminding him of her graduation ceremony next week. Acting upon it right away, he decided to apply for leave to attend the ceremony.
Back at the office , Nelson decided to go through the proposal that had been done by the team from China.
Not understanding certain parts of the proposal, he decided to look for their number in the employee directory to call them.
Nearing towards the end of the day, Nelson received a notification from the SPLinks mobile app informing him that his leave application has been approved.
